The TSC TTP-243 Pro builds on the success of its predecessor, the TTP-243, the original entry-level rugged desktop label printer, incorporating the same great features, plus the welcomed addition of state-of-the-art electronics, providing new levels of performance. This printer is perfect for any light industrial to industrial environment that demands a highly rugged, yet cost-effective thermal transfer printer.

The TTP-243 Pro features a highly innovative dual-motor printing engine, which leverages an advanced, high throughput processor, allowing it to easily handle large volumes of data without skipping a beat. The printer is capable of printing at speeds of up to 3 inches per second at 203dpi. Other models in this series, such as the TTP-342 pro, offer a higher printable resolution of 300dpi at printing speed up to 2 inches per second.

The TTP-243 Pro has a sizable internal roll holder included as standard, which is capable of holding up to 8.4 inch OD rolls. Additionally, it also has a 300M maximum ribbon capacity. These two features combined allow for maximum printer uptime, reducing overheads and maximising output. RS-232 and USB 2.0 are included by default. Extra options such as serial, Bluetooth and 802.11 b/g/n are also available.
