One of our customers came to us the other day reporting problems trying to set up his Primera colour label printer with his Windows 7 computer. Put simply, the drivers and software supplied on the CD didn't work.
The simple resolution to the problem is to download the latest version of the drivers and software from Primera's website.
Over time, the new versions of the software and drivers should start to appear on the CD's that are supplied with Primera colour printers.
