In January 2009 AM Labels expanded its label production capacity with the merger with Applied Labels, Corby.

Now, in October 2009, AM Labels has yet again expanded its production capacity with the purchase of a brand new rotary die cutting machine.

With the new machine being purpose built for production of blank labels for over printing using thermal transfer or direct thermal printers, this increases AM Labels capacity to produce colour printed labels using its existing machinery.

The D250 has the facility to be loaded with a master bulk roll of labels, die cut, with a given number of labels over its width and then slit the product onto the final roll cores.
