LabelPack X-Sticker Entry Level Label Applicator

The LabelPack X-Sticker is an entry level, wipe-on label applicator for label widths up to 140mm wide. The X-Sticker can accommodate conveyor speeds up to 20M per minute and supports top and side labelling. The applicator comes with a floor mount stand and a product sensor which is mounted on the conveyor. The system is very easy to set up, with two potentiometer control knobs, for conveyor speed and label length. The vertical position of the label on the product is controlled by either moving the position of the product sensor on the conveyor or moving the applicator stand. There are two versions for left and right-hand labelling as shown in the picture. Choose the correct version depending on which side of the conveyor the applicator is going to be positioned and the direction of the conveyor.
