The Toshiba APLEX4 Print & Apply is a versatile and cost-effective system designed to operate in conjunction with the Toshiba B-EX4T1 + B-EX4T2 printer series. Both these machines when combined can label up to 30 items per minute and accommodate ribbon lengths of up to 800m with available DPI resolutions of 200/300/600dpi. In addition, this print and apply can fit label sizes from 25x25mm to a maximum of 116x200mm and includes the optional APLEX6 conversion kit for larger sizes. The Applicator can be set to apply labels from the top, bottom, or sides and at any rotation angle required. This system features 2 print modes which is dynamic mode where each label is chosen as a unique print job or reprint mode which enables continuous printing of the exact same label. The applicator comes standard with everything needed to function, including a photocell, test button, air cleaner regulator, and tamp pad, to simplify the installation setting. The APLEX4 requires an air pressure of 4-6 bars to functions and features a 100x100 labelpad as standard.
