The ZD611R utilises Zebra’s RE40 RFID module, which can support a number of applications used for several industries. Adaptive encoding technology allows for media flexibility and simple RFID calibration. This printer is optimised to efficiently print and encode labels, tags, and wristbands.

The printer features innovative architecture, surpassing previous Zebra printers from this RFID line. Expanding the desktop RFID line, the ZD611R is the only two-inch desktop RFID printer/encoder. The printer is capable of performing more operations simultaneously, it’s also designed to evolve with emerging technology; meaning you don’t have to worry about your printer becoming obsolete as soon as a new model comes out.

For ease of use, the ZD611R features an intuitive user interface. The 4.3-inch full-colour LCD touch display makes navigating the printer’s menus and settings much easier for users, keeping the user experience stress-free. The screen is used to display a variety of things such as step-by-step setup wizards, troubleshooting animations, media-loading and calibration guidance. It can also be used to support standalone printing applications. The display itself also changes colour to clearly show printer status, as well as displaying colour-coded touch points to guide users through media handling. The screen itself is also designed to be durable, with a tolerance to extreme temperature, humidity, dust and other environmental hazards.

Much like Zebra’s range of industrial-grade printers, the ZD611R include a media dancer to ensure that each label and tag that is printed comes out with a distinct level of quality, regardless of the print speed.
