The Motorola Symbol MC45 PDA contains Motorola’s Symbols own industry-leading laser scan engine. This has patented Adaptive Scanning Technology that makes scan-intensive tasks easy. A broad scanning interface on the mobile computer allows the user to capture bar codes from a variety of ranges. Scans can be made from up close to as far as 15’/4.5m away, even if the bar codes are damaged, dirty or poorly printed.

Built for a more outside life, the ruggedized MC45 is able to handle drops of up to 6’/1.8m as well as bumps, liquid spills, dust, vibration and thermal shock that may occur if workers travel from a climate controlled vehicle to the outdoors.

Built with a GPS system, the MC45 provides workers with dependable access to real-time directions and geostamps that automatically capture information for applications even in challenging environments such as: urban areas, dense foliage or inside buildings. The PDA’s wireless technology extends to WiFi where worked in and outside of the office can stay connected.
