Taurus Digital Laser Label Finisher
Introducing the Taurus Digital Laser Label Finisher which is built to cut and finish labels at speeds up to 70m/minute with the assistance of a single head C02 laser. This label finisher is available with 2 distinct models which come in different widths at 250mm (9.8”) and 350mm (13.77”) respectively. This unit has been developed on a 3 axes scanner and the latest laser technology which improves the X and Y register and cut depth control. This enables users to cut with a variety of power levels on the same labels for a range of cut depths. This label finisher is equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen interface which can be adjusted with ease and makes processing jobs much more efficient.
The Taurus label finisher is having been designed to be environmentally friendly. This is achieved by the unit containing an adapter located on the back providing the option to connect a fume extractor which improves air flow and stops any material from burning which keeps the workstation clear of contaminants. In addition, this series can load large rolls of media up to 500mm (19.8”) which simplifies operations and decreases the stock cost. The cores within the unit are individually managed by their own media control to keep automatically adjusted media tension on the roll. The Taurus features a built-in web guide which stops left and right movement and keeps the media path centred.
