The Primera AP 360 semi automatic bottle labellers are the first, low cost bottle labellers to appear on the market with end user prices around half that of existing products. The design of this bottle labeller has been very well thought out and will even label many conical shapes. The only negative is that it doesn’t rewind the backing paper after the labels have been applied; however this is a minor inconvenience weighed against its many plus points. Primera’s new AP 360 semi automatic bottle labeller introduces cost effective, fast, bottle labelling for bottles, cans, jars and tubes and can apply up to 1,200 labels an hour. As well as single label application, Primera has introduced a version that allows for front and back label application, the AP362. Both models give you straight, precisely positioned labels that are completely wrinkle and fold free. Operation of the applicator couldn’t be easier; set the guides to the correct measurements, then simply place your desired labels onto the spindle, place your object onto the roller and then press the foot pedal to begin operation. If you are using the front and back version, the applicator will place the label in exactly the right position, on the opposite side of the object. The Primera AP 360 labeller can label anything from a bottle of wine to a small pharmaceutical bottle. Key features of the AP 360 bottle labeller include an easy to read LED display, programmable memory for up to 9 different applications and a high speed operation of 135mm per second. The AP 360 and AP 362 are both available to buy online at competitive prices.
