The Afinia AF200 can apply labels easily with a simple push of a button, or with the included foot pedal and features an intuitive setup and operations that for allows for perfect placement. The ultrasonic media sensor is easily trained to detect gaps in a wider range of media than mechanical flag sensors common in other applicators, allowing the AF200 to perform consistently—even on thin materials. Labels are affixed evenly, efficiently, and with consistent accuracy.The AF200 can be equipped with an optional custom-fit product. These custom 3D-printed trays can be created for irregular containers or objects to achieve consistent label application. Trays are created from measurements or 3D scans of your item. This method ensures accuracy and ease of use.
