The Afinia DLP-2100 digital label press can print, die cut, and finish labels at up to 18m per minute, making it the fastest and most advanced digital label press in its class. This full-featured digital label press offers high quality finished labels that are laminated, slit, re-wound and ready for the application.

High Quality - High Throughput
The Afinia DLP-2100 utilises the tried and tested Afinia L901 digital label printer inline, enabling more than 25,000 full-color 3x4-inch labels per hour. Enabling large brands to bring label production in-house and label manufacturers to run smaller full colour label jobs efficiently and cost effectively.
The DLP2100 Eliminates the need to outsource labels resulting in faster turnaround times with greater control and flexibility.
High Capacity Finishing
The DLP-2100 is able to accommodate a large rolls of 440mm outside diameter material, which simplifies the labelling process enabling larger uninterrupted runs and reduces stock holding costs. The re-registering magnetic cylinder, is compatible with low-cost flexible steel dies that will offer a large range of label sizes. These can be up to a maximum of 230mm in width and 304.8mm in length. The servo controlled motors allow for pinpoint accuracy even at the highest speeds.
The Afinia DLP-2100 can also be used for blank die-cut label production offering more flexibility.
