The Sato CL4NX thermal label printer is able to use both direct thermal and thermal transfer print methods as well as running at 200/300/600 dpi. The ruggedized, high strength printer is able to withstand demands of industrial printers. The die-cut aluminium print head mechanism gives the printer consistent label and ribbon movement, this practically removes any label shift or ribbon wrinkling.
With its unique in-built mechanism the Sato CL4NX is able to support a variety of media types as well as being able compatible with both inside and outside wound ribbons and labels. The cost-effective mechanism is designed so that no adjustments are made between individual between print jobs. In addition to this advantage, the device doesn’t need any extra accessories for efficient label printing.

- Multiple on-board interfaces: Support from Internet Protocol Version 6. USB ports are available at the front and back of the printer for stand-alone purposes. This includes downloading and printing fonts, firmware and emulations.
- Excellent print quality: A new and improved darkness range allows for the CL4NX to print on even the most challenging of materials in almost any environment.
- Larger label rolls: The Label Tension Damper System or LTDS for short provides a controlled back-feed tension and label tracking to ensure top quality prints and accuracy when printing large label rolls.
