101 x 101mm Direct Thermal Peelable Labels

Our 101 x 101mm labels feature excellent print contrast for barcodes, product & packaging labelling, product identification, shipping & address labels, product labels, shelf edge, price markdown and general use labelling.

They are to be used in desktop label printers and should not be exposed to sunlight or damp for prolonged periods of time. Direct thermal labels with peelable adhesive are typically used for short term / temporary use where the label needs to be removed. Ideal for retail and logistics applications including shelf edge, price markdown and product identification labels and removable labels for boxes, pallets, shelves or tote bins.

Material

Non top coated, chemi-thermal paper with high print resolution properties. Very limited resistance to thermal image scratching or smudging. Avoid contact with moisture, oil and fats. Labels supplied on 38mm cores (except when stated), outside wound, Max OD: 110mm (38mm core).

Adhesive

Removable adhesive offers good tack combined with excellent removability from most surfaces, even after long-term labelling. However, the low adhesion is likely to be insufficient for applications on curved surfaces.
