Designed to optimise flexibility and ease of use, the SATO WS412 Desktop Label Printer delivers exceedingly efficient print speeds with high quality results. Thanks to its extensive media capacity, the WS412 is ideal for maximising productivity in a range of industries and applications including healthcare, manufacturing, transport and logistics.  

Available in either thermal transfer or direct thermal, the 4 inch WS412 label printer is compact yet powerful, with fast print speeds and 300 dpi resolution. With the capability to accommodate ribbons of up to 300-meters in length, this model is best-in-class for print runs where flexibility and efficiency are paramount, providing cost effective and high quality results. What’s more, the model further benefits from flexible media sensing, with an adjustable I-mark sensor and auto calibration for increased accuracy.

The WS412 clam shell design offers 'wide-open access' and a one-touch control system, allowing for simple setup and easy maintenance. Equipped with five emulsions as standard, the printer further benefits from a range of interfaces such as USB and LAN, in addition to Bluetooth and Wireless LAN b/g/n options for additional connectivity.

The WS412 is both user-friendly and intuitive, complete with two LED lights for additional indicative error diagnosis.
