The Epson C3500 Rewinder/Unwinder is an industrial class rewinder and unwinder package developed by Wide Range, an industry leader in packaging and labelling technology. The Epson C3500 model has been specifically adapted to easily attach to the printer to allow for a complete unwinding and rewinding solution. The Package includes the following:

• 1 x 140mm rewinder
• 1 x 140mm unwinder

Rugged and Flexible

The RWR comes with a set of advanced features that really set it apart. The RWR is fully made of steel, and equipped with a very large base, ensuring a highly reliable connection to the printer. The adjustable spindle enables the use of internal cores going from 40 mm to 110 mm and the rewinding of rolls having a max outer diameter of 300 mm.

Reliability

A unique detection system of the tension assembly puts the machine in a condition to fully adapt itself to the printer speed thanks to its advanced control card, powered by a microprocessor - both during and at the end of the print run. This will avoid paper tears and frequent stops. Additionally, it also possible to rewind clockwise or counter clockwise and to choose the maximum speed range the user wants to reach allowing for a granular control over rewinding throughput.
