Clearer labelling is the key to a sustainable food production and a healthier nation, according to the Government’s new food strategy.

The National Famers Union are involving the European Parliment to force manufacturers to inform consumers of the exact origin of food on the label. The NFU believe that labels on food should provide clear and accurate information that allows the customer to know all about the food they eat.
